Hmmm, that's a tough one...I'd go for either AIM or MSN. Though, I use all three MSN, Yahoo, AIM (I'm on GAIM a.k.a Pidgin)

I guess for...stability go for MSN since I assume you wouldn't need to get Pidgin as you'd only have one...lol.

I think that you could also get google talk if you want because I believe I saw you have a gmail account? That way you wouldn't need a hotmail account for MSN. I think that you can actually use gmail for MSN but I'm not sure.
